Out of state buyers are responsible for the cost of Health Cert.
and coggins for transport papers.

We Reserve The Right To Withdrawl Or Cancel In Sale
If We Feel It Is In The Best Interest Of The Horse
( In This Case Only All Funds Will Be Refunded)

We represent our horses with complete honestly
wanting our horses and customers happy is a priority to us

All our animals are up to date on vaccines, worming and farrier work.
We offer our weaned foals with papers in hand
Farm Visits Are Encouraged Prior To Sales ~ Just Give Us A Call To Schedule A Day And Time

We do accept payments with sales purchase contract
A 25% deposit is required for all purchases
and considered “Sale Pending “ After the deposit is received.
All deposits/monies are non-refundable.

Pre purchase vet exams, Coggins/Health papers, shipping, transport insurance
are the buyer's responsibility ~ Insurance is recommended.

All horses must be paid in full before leaving the property
All horses will be provided with a halter and lead ~
